General Guidelines of the Verbalutterances.com forum

The following guidelines are designed to create a safe environment for everyone to share their knowledge and learn from others.

Ruling Rules

  1. No pornographic, sexually offensive, sexually explicit, or objectifying material.   The Verbalutterances forum is for people of every age. No objectionable material is permitted to be posted or linked to. Moderators reserve the right to remove any posts deemed inappropriate. No objectionable usernames may be used.
  2. Personal attacks are not permitted. Forum posters should have the freedom to convey their message without having to worry about personal attacks.
  3. No trolling. Don't make posts that are designed to intentionally anger or upset others. 
  4. Do not post links or requests for copy written material. Posting copyrighted material or providing links to copyrighted material is strictly forbidden.
  5. Respect the privacy of others. Do not post other's personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, pictures, etc., without their express permission.
  6. Each forum member may have only one account. If you have troubles logging in to your account contact a moderator, do not create a new account.
  7. Each forum member must maintain a valid e-mail address. All users must provide a current e-mail address in his or her profile. Non-administrators do not have access to your e-mail address unless you select to make it public from within your profile. Verbalutterances does not sell or trade e-mail address.
  8. Foul language is not permitted. Please keep Verbalutterances a friendly environment for everyone of all ages.
  9. NO spamming. No commercial-oriented posts, and no flooding with useless content.

Essential Rules

  1. Use descriptive subject lines . This will save people time from looking at threads they do not have interest in and will give you a greater chance of receiving a reply to your post.
  2. Search the forum before posting questions . This will save you time from having to wait for an answer and will save people from taking time answer a question that has already been answered.
  3. Post topics in the correct forum. Moderators reserve the right move topics at any time.
  4. Only b,i,u,pre HTML tags are allowed to be used.

Administrators reserve the right to lock threads and edit posts at anytime and for any reason. Administrators also reserve the right to ban any users found to breaking any of the above rules. If you believe you were unfairly banned contact an administrator to discuss why you were banned.

Verbalutterances has the right to edit or add to the above guidelines at any time.
